Toggle the manual income status of statement transactions

PUT 
/statement-transaction/by-ids

Flips the manual income status of every listed transaction: an included transaction becomes excluded and an excluded one becomes included. The status is toggled, not assigned, so sending the same ids twice returns them to their original state. Income is not recalculated here — call the re-analyze endpoint afterwards to apply the change to the income calculation.
